Friday night by mountain road is an awesome song.. When I was in college my friends played in a band with John Mayer and I heard all his songs before they came out on his sampler… The moment I heard it I knew he was gonna make it big and that is the same way I felt when I heard mountain road for the first time… They have a unique sound that just makes you wanna have fun and drink a beer with your friends. They are truly an excellent band and mark my roads you will be hearing them on the radio in the future…

Since it is Friday I will go home tonight and listen to Friday Night and have a beer, or 2. This is definately an up and coming band and I can,t wait for more from Mountain Road.

Hey Mike –

Yeah, all these bands are pretty great. Thanks for stopping by and downloading the compilation. Enjoy the rest of the tunes as well!

–Kevin

Hi Danielle,

Most of these bands, the instant I heard their songs, I knew they were in the running to be on the CD. Mountain Road was amongst them.

Thanks for dropping by – I hope you helped yourself to the compilation, and are enjoying some of the other tunes now. The Fun Police, Adrian West, and SweetKiss Momma all carry similar feels to the Mountain Road song, and I’m anxious to hear what folks think of this collection.

Thanks,

Kevin

I downloaded this last week – I like quite a few songs! It starts with a bang and leaves with a tribute. Great flow!

Thanks for the great tunes! One error in the liner notes — the text in the booklet and all the attached graphics for Wordsmith’s As The Art Fades Away is actually a duplicate of the text for the preceding track — Roche Limit’s I Am. As a result, we don’t really know anything about Wordsmith.

Hey Steve – Thanks for the heads up. We appreciate it.

I’ll make those changes just as soon as I can, but in the meantime for all the visitors to this page, you can find Wordsmith at the links below.

Hi Steve —

I’ve corrected that liner note issue. Wordsmith’s bio has been updated!

Thanks,

Kevin

Thanks for the tunes, Kevin!

My pleasure, Sassy. Thanks for dropping by. Feel free to share the link with your friends. :)
